Aim: This symposium aims to lay a scientific foundation for the social, cultural, and physical reconstruction of Syria, a country bearing the deep scars of war. In this context, the primary objective is to bring together academic knowledge from various fields to pioneer sustainable and inclusive solutions, through an interdisciplinary approach, for the multidimensional problems facing the country (e.g., education, health, infrastructure, social trauma, protection of cultural heritage). The symposium also seeks to create a platform for dialogue and collaboration among Syrian and international academics, thereby contributing to the regeneration of knowledge and the country's integration with the global academic community.
